Do you have a liquor license?

Unfortunately, no, NYS will not allow us to obtain a liquor license without a brick & mortar (restaurant or catering hall) and the ability to serve a full meal. However, if your event is at a private location, I can serve anything you provide. There must be written permission from the property owner themselves.

If you're venue requires a day permit, we can get one at the state but I need to know 3 weeks in advance, and that only covers Beer, Wine, & Cider. NO liquor can be served at all.

What is your cancellation policy ?

If the wedding is canceled upon your own request, you will not receive the 20% Deposit that is secured when booking. If you need to reschedule your event to a later date and we have the date available, then nothing changes.

If for some reason Twisted Brew needs to cancel due to an emergency you will receive a 100% refund.

Recommended Alcohol types for standard Wedding:

Light Beer- Coors Light, Bud Light, MichUltra, etc.

Lager Beer - Yuengling, Sam Adams, etc.

Wheat Beer- Blue Moon, Hefeweizen, etc.

White Wine: Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinto Grigio

Sweet Wine: Moscato, Riesling, fruity wine, White Zinfandel

Red: Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet

Vodka

Rum

Tequilla

Whiskey

MIXERS: Soda, Tonic, Club, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Sour Mix, Etc.

Is set up & breakdown included in price?

Yes, Setup and Breakdown of the unit is included in your estimate.

What is required to secure my date?

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to save your date. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.

Can you help with cost of alcohol & how much to buy for our guests?

Yes, I can provide a rough estimate but ultimately you know your guests better than I do and know how much they will drink. The average is 1-2 drinks per person per hour. So if you had 100 guests with a serving time of 4 hours , you would need roughly 800 servings of drinks. (CHECK OUT THE DRINK CALCULATOR BELOW)

What size kegs can your converted horse trailer bar, Harley hold ? Where can I purchase these kegs? Do you pick them up?

Harley hold 4 kegs. These can be 1/4 barrel or 1/6 barrel kegs.

1/4 barrel = approx. 62 pints 1/6 barrel= approx. 41 pints

Also if you want we can accommodate 1-2 half kegs.

You can purchase the kegs at any beer wholesaler local to you. And yes I can pick them up once they are purchased, for an additional charge of $50.
